Shipping and Returns

We ship to virtually any address in the world via USPS and FedEx. We offer free US shipping on orders $50.00.

We use weight and dimensional shipping quotes from the respective shipping providers. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce or next full pound, depending on the carrier. Shipping charges do not include any customs fees, import duties, or taxes which may be imposed depending on the country you live in.

We typically ship orders placed by 2pm MST on the same business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number when your order ships. 

Transit time for US shipments via USPS First Class Mail (free shipping) is typically 1-3 days. Transit time for international shipments via USPS First Class Mail International (free shipping) is typically 7-21 days but is not guaranteed and can vary significantly depending on the time of year, and any customs delays. We insure all of our international shipments, so in the very rare case that you don't receive your item within 40 days of shipment, please contact us so we can file a claim and reship your order. PhantomSkinz reserves the right to substitute one shipping method for another shipping method if it can provide a similar or improved level of service for the customer. 


Returns Policy

You may return any new, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping and handling). Actual shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund if you selected the "free shipping" method for an order valued over $24.95. We will not refund any import duties or taxes and will deduct any inbound import duties and taxes from your refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, click on the "Return Items?" link next to the Order #. We'll notify you via e-mail when you can return your item(s) and once we've received and processed the returned item(s).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing the package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. The 4 week estimate includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1-5 business days for domestic shipments, international can be much longer), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process refunded payment (up to 10 business days).
