Q: How do i take advantage of the introductory two for one offer?
A: Simple, all you need to do is order one of the products that you would like to buy, and your order will be shipped with two of the kits that you ordered. The reason we include two kits in each package is because some people have a difficult time with their first installation and may need to try again with a new skin. However, if you get it right the first time then just keep the extra kit for later or give it to a friend to try. (Note: the two for one offer applies to phone skins only)

Q: Do you offer any type of refund or return policy?
A: Yes! We offer a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied that you can install PhantomSkinz on your PED, simply return the entire package, in an unused and resalable condition (excluding the clear packaging cover), along with your receipt, to us for a full refund, excluding shipping and processing.

Q: Can PhantomSkinz be removed?
A: Yes! PhantomSkinz can be removed from a PED. Although they are designed to stay in place, you can remove the film by lightly heating the film with a common hair dryer. Take care as to not get the PED too hot as you can do damage to your device. Lift one corner and slowly continue pulling the film off at a 180 degree angle.

Q: Do I really need to have my device turned off for 24 hours after installation?
A: It is really up to you. Keeping your PED off for a complete 24 hours will ensure that all moisture from the installation has evaporated and any "cloudy" look has disappeared.  In some climates it may take additional time for the film to become totally clear.  Realistically, leaving your phone off a couple hours should be fine, although you will want to be careful with it for the first 24 hours.
